I want to apologize to those who were waiting on the OCT to get off the ground, NN will not be opening due to a lot of issues that prevent it from being able to be started. All information has been taken down, and this is just a notice to let people know what is going on.

If you ARE looking for an OCT to join, check out :iconoctfollowers:, they have quite an extensive list of available OCTs that artists can join. I wish everyone good luck in your future OCT endeavors!

I may want to join ^^
...But I've never really entered any big OCT so I'm kinda hesitant about whether or not to join... ^^;

Nonetheless, this tourney sounds like it's going to be awesome! :w00t:

Either way I pretty much have no experience with OCTs... |D;;

Oh also, is there any idea of a date set for when this'll start? Because if it's between now and (possibly) mid-June, I may not be able to because of school and final exams ^^;
